FORMAL ANNOUNCEMENT OF COMPLETE DOMINION

The Internet Sekrit Cabal has recently completed the final stages
of our master plan to achive total covert domination over Usenet
and the Internet.  Accordingly, we now present our achivement as
fait accompli and warn all involved that we will swiftly act to
terminate any and all users who attempt to usurp our control.

The Internet Sekrit Cabal has for a long time concentrated on
creating high level control structures and tools for internet
domain name service.  Our Fearless Leader, Paul Vixie, now has
replaced more than half of the origional code in the origional
Berkeley Internet Name Daemon software ("bind") with ISC control
mechanisms and our fingers are twisted deep into your domain
and all the root nameservers.

Even as we accomplished that, however, we knew that many tools
were being widely used in largescale communications on the Internet...
Tools such as email, Usenet News, the World Wide Web.

Our foray into email control has been completed under the guise of
Spam Control and is now in place and resting comfortably waiting
for your tender private emails.  Our Dominion over Usenet is now
also complete with David Lawrence's having joined the ISC inner
circle as Supreme Initiate.  Usenet's core management as well as
complete future control over the INN source code are in our hands!
As for the Web... our last true opposition in San Diego have
surrendered forever.

Our tentacles reach into the routing at the Commercial Internet eXchange
and many major providers worldwide!  We have for years influenced
events via our pinnacle of power at DECWRL!  And none have even guessed,
until our announcement now, and now it's too late!

We have control!  We control the vertical, we control the horizontal,
the fine tuning, the automatic gain control, the tracking and the
THX surround sound and and and and AHAHAHAHAHAHHAA
